Sarah and Collin's wedding tool place at the historic local landmark, Marie Selby Botanical Garden in Sarasota, Florida. The day of the wedding happened to be one of those rare perfect weather days in on Florida's Gulf Coast. When I pulled up to the bride's childhood home, the birds were singing and the trees were in bloom. There was something so sweet about the bride getting ready where she grew up, posing for photos with her bridesmaids on the bed they had many a sleepover on. The vibe was possibly the most calm and peaceful I've ever experienced at a bridal prep! The rest of the day continued in the same manner, and it was such a joy to capture all the love and romance of this sweet couple's wedding. Of course, I have to also give credit to the always incredible NK Weddings & Events team who always ensure that wedding days run so smoothly and seamlessly. Some of my favorite photos are of the large bridal party in the huge banyan tree (apparently it's really some kind of fig tree, but I think pretty much everyone calls it the Banyan tree!), and the photos we got later on when golden hour hit in full force by the bay and the wedding tree. The soft, glowing sunlight was just breathtaking. The night was finished off with heartfelt fun, with so many great moments for fun and emotional candids. All in all, a completely perfect Selby Garden wedding!
